All grown up

When we came back from Arizona Emma transitioned into her big girl room like a little champ. She already calls the nursery Lydia's room and LOVES sleeping in a bed over her crib. We'll put her in the crib when company comes though. We did put a bed rail on the bed which helps me sleep good at night and not worry about her so much. I love the bright colors of her room and snuggling with her before bed while reading books. I've been buying decor for this room for the last year and a half and it has been so fun to finally place it and give it a home outside the closet.

Her new room is so cute! I just love it! And don't worry we'll be back!! Hopefully we won't be away for more than 5 years... I hope you'll still want to be friends with us when we get back.

LOVE! LOVE! The room. It's one thing to have cute things in a room but when you can paint the walls then it makes it even better. I cant wait till we dont have to rent anymore and i can paint the walls. One day!! Where do you get all your stuff? It's like old fashioned, antique looking. Love it. I cant believe she has been in a crib all this time. Has she never tried to get out? Does she take naps still? wow how did i get so unlucky hehe Yeah i have a bed rail for Sydney too. Her bed is against a wall so i only need it for one side but i think she would fall off if I didnt have one cause she still sleeps like a baby and moves around so much in the night. Are you getting anxious for the baby to come? Getting close. Hope your feeling well and not feeling too large yet!

Holy crap that is an ADORABLE room. I love it. I'm so impressed she'll sleep down there all alone. Just don't let her watch scary movies. . . Cam's been in our room the past 3 nights after seeing a scary movie Sat. night. Ursula just might send her back to the crib!

Great job on her room Lin! I love how colorful it is! That was smart to make all these transitions before Lydia comes. She will be such a great big sister!

Ok- I know it is your word and all but the only word that truly describes her room is magical! I LOVE it. You've got major talent in the decorating department.
To answer your questions..We aren't getting any baby animals this year but we will most likely get more chicks next spring. We have ten chickens at the moment so once a few disappear or turn up with their heads missing (sad, I know- we've had bad luck) we'll get some more.
If you go over I will probably beat you to delivery. My doctor started me a week early with James and I am crossing my fingers for the same this time around. You are super lucky that you can still sleep on your tummy. I haven't been able to for weeks now and I get up several times a night to go to the bathroom. TMI? I'll think about posting a prego picture but I don't know- I already feel all puffy and I'm too self conscious about it. We'll see :)

Oh, you have such great style! I just LOVE it! I am thinking we will start getting together again for playdate as soon as school is out. Everybody had such different preschool schedules it was hard! If you have any great ideas, let me know!

The room looks amazing! I'm glad she likes it so much and sleeps down there just fine.

I read your post below as well and too funny about Treehouse, I didn't know you had a membership or went there often when I mentioned we could go there. Darren just googled things to do with kids in Ogden and that came up so we said, sure we'll ask the Bundys if they want to go there. If you get too much of that place we can go elsewhere.
